Q. My tile arrived Damaged - what do I do?

Although damage in shipment is rare due to our thorough packaging, it does occasionally occur. If your tile is damaged in shipment we will promptly replace it for you. Please inspect all the tile and count how many individual pieces were damaged and then Contact Us.

Shipping: -

  • We ship from California. All items ordered are in stock unless a phone pre-order. We ship all orders within 24 hours of order time (Saturday & Sunday excluded).
  • Delivery times within California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada are within 2-3 days.
  • Texas and East beyond is within 3-5 days. Hawaii & Alaska 4-7 days.
  • Currently due to Covid-19 & various disturbances USPS & UPS are experiencing delays and may result in delayed timings.
  • Shipments do tend to get broken up by shipping agencies and may arrive within 1-3 day gap.
